The location is great! The hotel is beautiful inside out. It's very cozy there. The Manager gave my bf a nice liquor for his birthday. We even stayed for one night more than planned.

“Best place in Ötztal”
Fantastic place and super friendly hosts. Good breakfast, plenty of free parking, bike room for safe storage of MTB, a self-service bar with beers. Highly recommend!

Very good breakfast. Plenty of choice and all fresh. Owners gave information about walking in the area and restaurants. Room very comfortable and clean. Lovely clean bathroom with excellent shower. Beautiful garden’s immaculately kept. Had an honesty bar which was very reasonable priced.

Beautiful accommodation. Room with balcony and clean modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Lounge with fridge and honesty bar was most welcome after a hot days riding. Secure parking for motorcycles. Friendly host and staff.. overall a great place to stay excellent.

We loved everything. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the view from the balcony was very beautiful, the owners of the place are nice and good people, the breakfast was very tasty. Next to the cable car to the ski resort and a short drive you can reach the beautiful lake Fiborg and Aqua Dom

Very clean, very comfortable, on walking distance from the ski lift 👌. Super friendly owner, daily cleaning of the house, very nice place for the children. Also Hochoetz is a perfect ski area with kids. For very young kids there's even a kindergarten available at the central ski area restaurant. Perfect holiday stay over.

We stayed at Haus Marita en-route to France. It is conveniently easy to access from the motorway, in a village/ small town tucked away amongst stunning nature. The hotel itself is situated just off the main road which runs through the village, with lots of parking and easy access to the centre as well as a cable car and an outdoor swimming pool, which are just 2 minutes walk away from the hotel. The owner, who welcomed us on arrival and also chatted to us during breakfast the next morning, is a real character- friendly, full of life and someone who clearly loves what he does. We could not have been made to feel more welcome! The property itself is homely, cosy and clean, with a really peaceful feel about it. Rooms were comfortable and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening, taking in the beauty of the surrounding mountains. We really enjoyed our stay, despite only stopping for 1 night, and would love to visit and explore the hotel and the area a bit more in the future.
