Location. Clean and lovely rooms. Good breakfast. Great location to ski at kuhtai or the local mountain steps from the local pension.

The owner was super nice and very welcoming, the room was warm and cozy, the location was great, it’s right next to the gondola and there’s a bus stop close by. The breakfast was great.

Clean and nice property. New bed linen. Large balcony with nice mountain view and water flowing ”music”. Parking in the courtyard or near the house. Nice and big space for breakfast and dinner, on demand. The coffee at breakfast could be prepared according to our taste between several choices. We were amazed by the only one host we could identify, a smiling ”grandmother” being active from the early morning (she seemed to put everything for breakfast at our disposition and many of the guests came some minutes after 8 o'clock in the dining room) to late evening.
