Overview
Ferienwohnungen Haid is located a 5-minute walk from the centre of Ötz, where you can find various restaurants, supermarkets and the partner hotel, which offers free access to its spa facilities. All apartments have a mountain-view terrace. A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a bathroom with a hairdryer and a TV with satellite channels are further features of each Haid apartment. A shared washing machine is available as well. Facilities of the partner hotel in the centre of Ötz are available free of charge and include a spa area with an indoor pool and a squash court. Within a 10-minute walk you can reach the cable car to the Hochötz ski and hiking area. The Sölden, Obergurgl and Hochgurgl ski areas can easily be reached by ski bus, which stops just a 5-minute walk from the house. You can park your car for free on site and garage parking is available as well on request. A lockable storage room for ski equipment and bicycles is also offered. From Monday to Friday you can take part in guided hiking tours free of charge. Hiking paths start right from the house and mountain bikes can also be rented for free. Within a 10-minute walk you can reach a public outdoor pool.

“Great stay.”
The location was great. We have two little children and they could play outside in the garden / near a quite street. It was close to the center and the ski. The house was big enough. We had everything we needed. The host is very helpful and kind.

“Perfect for ski holiday in Oetz”
The apartment is located at the ground floor of a large house with 2 other apartments. It is really big for two persons, it should fit a family of 4 easily (although there is only one bedroom). The apartment is super well equipped and the house is located only 10 min walk from the ski lift. The house is part of Posthotel Kassl (which is a great hotel) and you have full access to the hotel's in- and outdoor swimming pool which is a huge bonus after a day on the slopes. Hotel staff is great, as is the house. This is our place to go in Oetz (been here 5 times in different apartments in the house).
