Beautiful interior, very comfortable beds, fantastic shower and the sauna is simply wonderful after a cold day outside. The attention to detail is in every room. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, plenty of space and furniture comfortable to sit. Access very easy, underground parking, hosts available if needed, very caring and friendly. Dog friendly too. Views from apartment are fantastic. Neighborhood extremely quiet.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfectly equipped – everything we could possibly need was available, and nothing was missing. It was spotless clean, very comfortable, and you can truly see that a lot of thought was put into all the little details to make guests feel at home. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back again!

“Simply a lovely place”
The Flakners five was great , Hansjörg the owner that is also the mayor of oetz was nice and very halpfull. we took the big apartment it was fully new and Equipped with all you need , all brand new and keeped. the Apartment have 5 or 6 parking places under the building. we had sauna in room. we really enjoyed.
