Overview
Appartement Schmid is located in the centre of Oetz and provides apartments with a flat-screen satellite TV and a balcony or a terrace. A cable car to the Hochötz Ski Area is a 10-minute walk away. A ski storage room is provided on site and free WiFi is available in the entire building. A ski bus stops next to the accommodation house and cross-country skiing slopes pass nearby. Lake Piburg is 1 km away. Please note that construction work is going on nearby from May to October and some rooms may be affected by noise.

The location is great. In the centre of Oetz village. Restaurants are close and good. Supermarket nearby. Parking included. Ski facilities included. Host very nice and friendly.

“A perfect stay at the Appartement Schmid.”
The host Peter is very friendly and welcoming. This is our second stay here we try to book every year but it is often fully booked so we were over the moon to be able to stay here again. The apartments are spotlessly clean and the location is fantastic.

“Overall a pleasant stay during pandemic time.”
The location of the apartment itself is a good one for this small town. It's a clean place and well-maintained. There is one terrace and one balcony to enjoy the view of the mountains.
