The cleanliness and easy to access location is superb, surrounding area are a lot of convenience stores. Tram halte is near. And I like the heater 😂😂😂

“Avoid this property.”

Upon arrival at this property, we were met with an overwhelming smell like rotting meat. This strong, musty and rancid smell pervaded the property. Upon checking to see if it came from the toilets, we were met with a different strong aroma: stale urine and damp/mould. Beyond this, the property was dark, dusty and generally in poorer condition than we’d been led to believe by other reviews. We decided on the spot not to stay, and contacted the property immediately to complain and seek a refund. The property offered to bring air fresheners, which we declined, as covering the smell with pungent chemicals is not dealing with the root cause of the smell, and we felt this was indicative of a broader hygiene issue. They refused to acknowledge an issue and kept saying it had been visited that day by cleaners who felt there was no issue. In our attempts to arrange a refund, we also contacted Booking.com, who said that a refund can only be issued with agreement by the property. Since then, we have been strung along by the property, whose representative keeps claiming to be waiting for an email from Booking.com — an email that’s clearly never coming. Apparently, Booking.com believes the property over the customer, and their policy is to take their cut and shirk responsibility in the case of a dispute with a property. As for the property, we’ve given them ample time (2.5 weeks) to make good on the situation, and they’ve chosen to string us along. In the end, we booked alternative accommodation elsewhere and will have to try to recoup the cost via our travel insurance, while the property gets away with our money. In short: avoid this property!

Superb apartment! The heater warms the room up super quickly, the bed and sofa are both very comfortable, and the location is amazing right by Odori park. The host is super responsive and even cleaned the room during our stay after we extended. We loved it so much we booked to come back for the snow festival!

Good location with several convenient stores situated within walking distance from the property. Short walk to subway and about 20 minutes walk through Odori park to Sapporo station.

Excellent communication from the owner. Property is in a quiet area, just off Odori Park. Decent transport options with tram and subway within easy walking distance.

We had a fabulous time. For us the location was great. Near the tram circuit. Easy walk to metro through the park. Restaurants nearby excellent. The host was communicative. The apartment was so well designed with the bedroom, living area , kitchen and bathroom.

A nice clean apartment with all the facilities needed. Good WiFi and easy to follow check-in instructions. Very comfortable beds. The owner was always quick to respond to my message in a helpful manner.

The location is amazing. Right next to Odori park which means every morning when you leave the house, you can walk through the beautiful garden. Also has great eateries and convenience stores nearby, so super handy.

Clean and beautiful apartment. We could do the laundry and other appliances like microwave worked perfectly.

We wanted a nice relaxing stay in Sapporo away from the main area of Susikino and this place delivered At the far end of Odori Park, only a five minute walk from Nishi Juitchome Station The room was really clean, decent space for two people including a table and couch Best part and big part of why we booked here is having a washing machine in the apartment as we had been travelling a few days and needed.to wash some clothes There is also a coin laundry just down the bottom of the building The communication from the owner were really clear and easy to understand, with detailed instructions on how to find the accommodation from the station and via bus The area was nice and quiet despite being so close to Odori Park Next.time we come to Sapporo will definitely look to stay here again From the roof you could get a view of the Sapporo TV tower as well

This is a lovely unit to stay in Sapporo which is close to the park and the public transport. A good small supermarket is 400m away.
