Here is the deal.... you still have smoking rooms.... which as a business, screw the smokers, because they destroy the interior with that smoke. Your cleaning crew didn't clean the vents and the massive dust got my fiance really sick.... I have pictures to prove if you want.... zoom in... that is a major pile of dust!!!! She was sick for two days because of it....

“Remodeling, change of rugs and bedding with sheets, are highly needed if not close up.”
Very poor quality and presentation. Sincerely, they need an over hauling, strong hygiene practices. I saw lots of rats in my room and hall ways. I could imagine what the kitchen would look like and what is prepared from there with such invasion. Health is paramount and must be taken serious in this business. I don't expect people to pay for ylsuch place only to be sick later.
