The staff have all been very friendly and helpful at all times ☺️ On several occasions I've needed extra help & every time they went out of their way to assist me I liked the location very much as well _ It's quite close to the city centre but on a very quiet stretch of road Thank you for a memorable stay 🤗🙏🌻

“Perfect stay”
I very much appreciated the location. The beach was in relatively short walking distance, enabling me to enjoy every evening - staying for 6 nights - wonderful moments right at the Black Sea. Nevertheless, the city center also was in acceptable walking distance, or could easily be reached by trolleybus. I also enjoyed that Shine Hotel was breathing the shine of past glory whilst it's a budget hotel according to today's standards. Very clean. Perfectly equipped. Yet a little old-fashioned. Wonderful friendly staff. There were two options for breakfast, either at the restaurant which was very good, served at the table, or as takeout breakfast boxes. The latter I appreciated when leaving early for excursions. But I understand that the restaurant is not available every morning. After all, I loved Shine Hotel very much.

The hotel is on a quiet, green street in an area near the sea, but still in the city, which makes it a perfect location. I came especially to see the sea in November, so it was more than I expected. The staff was nice and friendly. The room had everything I needed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, towels, hair dryer, toiletries and a comfy orange blanket which I love.

Great location - 12 mins walking to the beach, close to the city center. Clean room, nice spacious bathroom. Very welcoming staff. I was allowed to check out later with no charge as they had such availability. Breakfast is basic and the same every day, but there are enough options to choose.

The breakfast was food and plenty. Location was great - quite neighbourhood. Ten minutes walk to the beach. They laso had umbrellas to lend in case of rain, beach towels to borrow. 30 minutes walk to Derabassivsky.

“Perfect 3-day stay”
The breakfast was very varied, as it included both cooked and fresh food, salty and sweet. There was also variety in drinks and beverages, from tea and coffee, to tomato and apple juice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They will find a way to help you with everything you might need even if some of them don't speak English (but they do understand quite well what you're saying). The location is excellent, just a few minutes away from the beach, and really close to the amusement park (Luna Park). In addition to this, if you enjoy walking, the city center is within walking distance, allowing you to admire the beautiful old buildings and enjoy the city vibes. Should you need anything, there are 3 supermarkets on 200m radius.

“Nice place”
Everyone was kind, cleaning ladies were comimg every day to check if I need new towels and cleaning, they even helped me to clean my pants after I sat on chewing gum. ;) Breakfast was ok, location near both to the center and to the beach. 0-24 supermarket 5 minutes by walk, also nice Shevchenko park.

This hotel located in 30 minutes walk from city centre and 15 minutes from the beach. I enjoyed the silence in and around, hotel staff was very polite and friendly, breakfast is very good.
