as usual - amazing staff, polite and helpful. comfy room, clean and nice. delicious breakfast with a great variety of choice for food & drinks. there's electricity generator as well so despite the horrible blackouts everything works just fine. also there's a shelter with the beds and water in case the air raid takes place

Bed was too hard for me

The "comfort" rooms are very nice, teady, clean, modern. Very lovely! They upgraded me for free after i less liked the standart room. The hotel is very high quality, good breakfast, very good location. People at reception / restaurant are very nice and welcome.

I liked that the hotel has a shelter on the ground floor. There are beds, and the blankets. and the water in there, so in case of the air raid (which happens almost every nigh) you can do downstairs and sleep safely, which is great and this is the main reason I choose this hotel now

The bathroom was not safe enough for a person like me with a mobility disorder. It presents some real risks to people like me to fall. Management made real-time efforts to reduce the risks but it still has a way to go. I was a bit disappointed at this because 2 days before my arrival I notified them that I am partially disabled and requested a room that could accommodate a handicapped person, but they don’t have such rooms. To be fair, I’ve stayed at several high-end hotels during this trip in 3 different cities. None of these hotels had any idea what I was talking about. At least here, management came to my room so I could show them what I was talking about. No other hotel management did that. This hotel is all about first class service. I think that for around $100 the bathrooms could be made safe. I’m not in a wheelchair, and I can walk. Due to a spinal cord problem I just don’t have feeling below my knees so I’m not sure where my feet are. That makes balance difficult. They are responsive, but this is really important to address. The last thing I want to do is come to Ukraine for vacation and fall down and crack my head. Many hotels make clear on their website that they have some rooms that are adjusted to make it safe for people with disabilities. I’ve not come across any in Ukraine. This provides an opportunity to this hotel. When they couldn’t offer a room safe for people with a disability, I was going to cancel. But I couldn’t find any hotel in Odesa that offers rooms that have the extra things needed to be safe for people with disabilities. So i decided to stay. I’m happy with my choice. But when people with disabilities are searching for a hotel we always take that into account in making our choice. Friends here and back in the USA ask me if I’m afraid of the war-related bombing here. Actually, I am not. The most frightening part of my day is going into the bathroom to take a shower.

Staff is very nice and welcoming. They helped with all my enquiries 😇 The rooms are very spacious and cozy. Beautiful design.

Very quiet and cozy place. No rush, no loud parties…the other guests are nice and polite, no one-night-stand couples detected. You feel safe and relaxed in there Also the breakfast is very good
