Will stay again. Nice, responsive host. At this price point you get what you pay for, and for me as a solo guy that was just fine. Properly is accurately described by host. As expressed in other reviews, this is basic fare.

The property is in a inner yard difficult to find. The owner was in the yard waiting for us.

The property owner or representative is extra polite and patient. He called me right after the reservation was made to ensure he is waiting to check me in, this is very important for the late check-in, as sometimes it's hard or impossible to get a hold of the property and you are risking to end up in the expensive 24-hours hotel. He was patiently waiting for me though I was nearly 1 hour later than expected check-in time (which was pretty late itself, 23:00). On my check-out I woke up 40 minutes later the check-out time, the guy was considerate enough to not enter the room until I wake up on the phone call, moreover, he was patiently waiting until I am ready to check-out for 20 more minutes! With 12 years of working in the travel and hospitality industry and hundreds of trips and stays made I can say this is an example of how the guests should be treated. Bravo! The room itself has a vintage style and is conveniently located on the ground floor, which is the only room on the ground floor along with bathroom and kitchen. So you feel yourself private enough. What I also liked is good quality sleepers are available, and more than enough towels were provided for a 1-night stay. The Bathroom is clean and spacious with a bathtub equipped with the regular tap and shower tap as well. The kitchen is not big but very nice. The Wi-Fi is free and good speed (the owner paid good attention to Wi-Fi quality by equipping it with very powerful router). Thank you and keep up with a great level of service!

Everything was good, nearby shops, bus stop and not far from center. There is guy Dima is very helpful and very polite.
