Well designed apartment. Quiet location. View from the window to the industrial area and sea. Good communication with the staff. Plenty of options to pay for rent.

“Ideal base in Odessa, close enough to walk to the centre, quiet location.”
A last minute booking due to change in Humanitarian Aid delivery to the region. I was met by a very friendly chap and shown around and given secure parking on site (important due to aid in the vehicle). The room was clean comfortable and quiet.

It’s clean, minimalistic style. Located on 1st floor which is nice in case of breakouts. There is a small market next to the apartments in the same building.

“Excellent new apartment with great features”
Excellent secure apartment block with barrier access and doorman. All new fittings and fixtures and all very clean. Shared washing machine and dryer between 4 apartments. Small well equipped kitchen and good sized fridge. Excellent bathroom and shower. Bohdan was friendly and quick to respond to messages. 15 mins walk to Odessa station and 25 to town center.
