Good quiet room, awesome view on top floor, decent staff. What you would expect of a good 3 star. You get kettle in room , everything worked, good sleep etc The only reason I marked this place down9 (convenient location near bus and train station) was pool and sauna use is approx 6 euro extra per person for a one time use.

“Good value for money”
For the price, this is a very good option. It is probably the cheapest suite I have ever had, and it is important to judge it with that in mind. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was good, and the room had more space than a standard room. It is a super budget-friendly way to stay close to the train station without paying much

“Black Sea Central Stay”
Very close to the main railway station (5-7 mins walk) Easy Check in/out and available for early check in or late check out if required. Rooms were nice size and clean. Clean towels available in room. Electric and hot water available at all times. Ideal location for exploring the city. Price was great. Gym and swimming pool on site. The breakfast included was really good and cooked to order. The staff spoke English very well and were very polite. The views from the room were superb.

“Comfort and safety”
The view from the 11th floor was fantastic! Very cosy room, there was everything for the comfortable stay. The surrounding area is also convenient. The hotel has its own shelter in case of air raids, so I felt really safe there . And there was a super nice and helpful receptionist.

The staff were nice and helpful, and I had a wonderful wiev from my window. The location is few minutes walk from central rail station and main market. There is a shelter in the basement.

“Great stay”
Very polite and professional receptionist. Entrance was big, clear and reception was spacious. Clean room with nice view. Breskfast was amazing by professional chef. I would ve wished buffet breakfast but the serving was beautiful. I felt very welcommed to Black Sea hotel. I will come to this hotel again. Will recommend to others. Location was also great.

There was no coffee or tea in the rooms. This is rare for a 4 star hotel. Staff very unfriendly, and none of them spoke English.
