Very helpful personnel. Our bus was late and they offered drive from station. Place is very nice spacious clean functional bright (big windows) and tastefully decorated. Central location with all Odessa attractions within walking distance.

The host Anastasiya and another lady of the staff were very friendly. The room was also more then i expected. When a problem arised, the host helped me to get one extra day. Even if i didnt speak ukrainian, all was solved and i got to understand with the friendly host and staff. I recommend this hotel to all who want to spend some time, în the beautiful city of Odessa.

Staff were extremely friendly and great. The location is well in the city centre, given the current situation in Ukraine, this hotel is very excellent.
