This hotel is located by Lake Sandvevatnet in the village of Odda, close to the Hardangervidda National Park and Folgefonna Glacier Park. The centre of Odda is 2.1 km away. “Excellent stay! Friendly staff!”
Considering our Trolltunga hike was cancelled due to a rockfall, our trip changed quite a bit. But it changed for the better. The staff were very understanding and service was brilliant! The following morning we had an excellent breakfast and hiked the Dronningstien which was awesome! Will definitely be staying again when the Trolltunga trail reopens

“Better described as flash packing for a 30+ year old Trolltunga hiker”
Located on the edge of town, the rooms are clean, small and basic. Our double room had an amazing view of the fjord across the road. The rooms are only 10 sqm including a bathroom that makes ingenious use of the small space - a shower screen that folds in two to fit; a small sink; shelves and towel hooks. The breakfast buffet (open 6am-10am) is truly legendary and the highlight of our three night stay there. There’s a good spread of cereal, eggs, sausages, waffles, toast. Staff were diligent with making up our room every day and polite.

We had a room facing hotel parking and still it was quiet one. I liked restaurant facing river and lake both for breakfast and for dinner. (do not take cider it's overpriced here comparing to what you got)
