Short walk to Odawara station. Room is well designed, and really comfortable beds after a long day. Right across the road from the convenience store. Host sent detailed instructions on how to reach the property and obtain the keys.

“Spacious room with fresh coffee”
It’s a spacious studio apartment. You can do light cooking as there’s stove, pots/pans and washing machine and also Microwave. No dryer though. The Owner also provided their special blend coffee beans that comes with manual grinder and v60 (drip coffee equipment). Really love this bit! Reasonably close to station and shops. Family Mart right in front of the entrance. Oh, there’s also CD player + some CDs to play.

“Close to station”
Good directions. Some instructions were a bit too small to see on the phone. When you go to the Tippy cafe one of the staff will take you the accommodation which it's close by and give you the keys and key code. Nice area full of food places and shops. There's a cheap Ramen Hidakaya restaurant, 2nd street on the East exit side.

“Well located, cosy apartment”
Awesome little apartment, location is very close to restaurants and shops. Tipy Records have added lots of personal touches including recommendations for local sightseeing and even their own blend of coffee beans (complete with grinder, filters, etc). Paid parking is available two doors from the property, and it’s a short walk to the station. The Lawson across the road is great for buying anything you need during your stay. Very convenient for exploring the peninsula and Hakone if you have a car.

This apartment was really lovely and cosy. We only stayed one night and it had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the shower was good. It was also quite roomy. It was very nicely decorated and an easy walk from the station and to lots of restaurants. The staff were easy to communicate with, and responded quickly, we checked in quickly. Would stay here again.
