“Perfect stay in Odawara! Exceeded all expectations.”
Excellent Location: Just a 5-10 minute walk from the station, making it incredibly convenient. We stayed here to visit the Enoura Observatory, but fell completely in love with Odawara because of this place! ・Exceptional Service: The staff was so thoughtful and accommodating, allowing us to drop off our luggage early and even check in ahead of time. ・Charming Atmosphere: The space beautifully combines an old-world charm with a fresh, modern twist. It's full of unique character and feels exceptionally comfortable and relaxing to stay in.

“If you get a chance to stay in a tipy property, then do so!”
This was my second time in a Tipy property and again, I really liked staying there. The staff are friendly, the properties are really well designed, decorated, maintained and cleaned. The location is perfect as it is very central and near the station but set back from the main road so it's quiet for sleeping. As an added bonus there's lots of interesting music to listen to!

The location was very central and easy to find, and very quiet but right off a lot of convenient shops and travel options. The room was very clean and the design was lovely. A very nice home to come back to.

The location is nice, just 5-10 minutes' walk from the Odawara train station. The room is clean and nice, the toilets and bathroom are shared but they are all kept very clean. Also, you can left your luggage in the common spaces after check-out, which is very helpful.
