"Our stay at Tenseien Odawara Station Annex was very good. The hotel is conveniently located right inside the station complex. At first, navigating our way there felt like a bit of a maze, but after a couple of tries, the route became easy to figure out. While the facilities were excellent, the room size was a bit small for three people. I think this hotel is best suited for solo travelers, couples, or business travelers."

Ideal location. Super convenient and easy to access. Within 5 min walking distance from Odawara station. Also great that they have a private elevator for hotel guests to access the floors between room and restaurant and onsen baths floor.

The breakfast buffet is gorgeous! Since the hotel is right next to the Train Station it is very suited for late arrivals or early departures.

Location was a stones throw away from the train station. Staff were very friendly and were happy to store our luggage with the 3:00pm check-in. Rooms very large and we were lucky enough to see the ocean. Breakfast buffet - a yummy and varied selection to fuel your day.

Great location - right next to the station. Great options of food with a food court in the building. The rooms were spotlessly clean spacious and the Onsen was lovely. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Perhaps most people will not consider Odawara a choice location if the main sightseeing destination is in the Gora area, however the advantage that Odawara has over Gora is the easy access to malls, supermarkets and very affordable restaurants (the nearby Nishiki street especially) that open late into the night. Tenseien Odawara Station Annex is especially convenient as there is direct access via the connected malls from Odawara Station. We arrived on the Romance Car and departed on the Shinkansen - both trains hailing at Odawara. The commute back and forth to Gora might take a while more, but the Hakone Freepass covers all transport cost with its flat fee anyway. So it is a trade off that worked for my travelling party. Tenseien Odawara Station Annex provides a sumptuous Japanese breakfast with scenic views from the top floor of the hotel. The room provided sufficient comfort and space for 3 pax. The shower area is smaller, but the water pressure was strong so no complaints.

I really enjoyed my stay there! The room was cozy, the hot springs were wonderful, and the location was perfect — right next to the station, super convenient.
