Bahia Pez Vela Resort is located on the private black-sand Ocotal Beach, and offers an outdoor pool, tropical gardens and watersports facilities. We had such a lovely few days at this resort. The villa was a bit dated but it was spacious and had all the equipment/appliances that we could have hoped for. Access to the beach and the pool was perfect for our family or 6. Easy drives to local shops and attractions. We found the paper booklet and other leaflets/information we found in our villa very helpful in planning our days and all staff were wonderful. The real highlight was the restaurant which meant we could eat breakfast/lunch/dinner if needed and the food (particularly the evening menu) was phenomenal. Thanks for a great stay!

“Sweet casita in a gorgeous location”
Our casita was the best value on this gorgeous black beachside complex. The staff were great. Such a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the pacific north.

“Secluded relaxation!”
This resort is awesome and exceeded our expectations. We were very close to the restaurant, pools and beach. There are some condos that are way up on the hill which would require you to drive down to the restaurant and beach but ours was easily walkable. We took a fishing tour from the resort and caught 14 tuna! It’s serene, relaxing and a great location. The food at the resort was very good. I definitely want to return here and stay longer.
