Clean, everything a family needed. A nice country stay, with a relaxed atmosphere . Close to the Mayfield Gardens and other attractions. The accommodation is as described. We enjoyed the outdoor fire-pit. There is an indoor fire area, big games room for both our kids and adults, with a pool table, air hockey shuttle board and other games. We also had a dip in the 4 person spa.

Leswyn was lovely she was a absolutely lovely host that always willing to check in to see how everything was going and was really kind made our stay very comfortable my kids really enjoyed all of the farm animals and enjoyed feeding them n they already miss being there

Ness is a great host and the retreat was a great place to stay. The ability to use the excellent kitchen as we pleased was an unexpected bonus.

Great place in the bush. Lots of different places within the property to entertain yourselves when others were there. Great log fires. We had one night sharing with others and two nights on our own, which was lovely. Great for kids too… chickens, horses, lots of activities and a friendly resident cat.

Such a beautiful place, full of charm. The cabins are in a quiet bushland setting, very relaxing. They have horses, chickens and a very friendly cat. The kitchen is in the main house, shared by the guests. They provided all the pots and pans, plates and cutlery. They also offered milk and bread, plus cereal for breakfast. Also in the main house is the games room. Pool table, ping pong, air hockey, ...

Lovely budget getaway, particularly for families with young kids. Don't expect the Ritz Carlton, but while rustic, there's a really well equipped kitchen, a decent pool & jacuzzi, a packed games room for the kids with a pool table, table tennis, air-hockey, fusbal table, puzzles and heaps of games to keep the kids occupied, along with some farm animals to interact with.
