“very bad”
4 people stayed in 5 days , only offer us one roll of totile paper and tell me it is weekend ,no one will send us more toile paper. washing machine is leaking, leaked water no where to go ; no elevator , you need to climb for 4 floors with your heavy suitcase

“Lovely chalet with an amazing garden. Great for family summer holidays”
Bruno has created a lovely place, a bit away from the town, but still well within walking distance of Ochsenfurt town centre, an undervalued city, that is well worth a visit. It has an amazing garden. The weather wasn't great, but when you go in summer and you like the outdoor life, then definitely check this one out.

“Nice place to relax”
Beautiful property in a nice little village. The interior of the house is retro, but with all modern appliances. Garden is unbelievably well maintained.

Is the second time we go there , and is always amazing, quit , relaxing perfect for a get away with couple or friends . Is just missing a few kitchen stuff and the water in night in shower get cold

“the perfect garden”
We loved everything about this place. The pissibility of making camp fire and doing different sports in this garden are our favorities! Strongly recommended for family with kids!

“A perfect cozy and romantic place for relaxing.”
The place is perfect, for a getaway, silent , completely private, have all.what you need for a perfect weekend or days in couple or family. Romantic , cozy . Table games , video games , different kind of TV platform, you can listen music inside and outside while you cooking , have everything around, supermarket , nice place for drink wine a nice lake , just a few minutes for a big city.tje owner is very very nice and the communication is great . We are already planning for come back in summer . I highly recommend.

“overall is nice except the cold water part”
a brand new experience for us. we loved the little garden cottage but too bad we only stay for 1 night, we are so tempted to change our plan because of this cottage.. very cosy place. but I will only recommend if u have your own transport.
