It has been the best accomodation we have ever been to. The location, view on Ochsenfurt, balcony and inside were absolutely great!

I’d asked for restaurant recommendations to celebrate a birthday and the owner had left bottle, flowers and happy birthday balloon to welcome us- v thoughtful! Also the view, the privacy, furniture and fittings - all excellent and made for a perfect stay.

The accommodation is really great, especially the huge balcony and the interior design! Bruno is just lovely. He gives you space and quietness if you need it but you can also have friendly conversations.

It was a great stay. Exceed expectation. Room is very clean, warm welcomed. The views of beatiful bridge on main river and town is very relaxing. Especially the garden & flowers around the house make you taking photos. Fresh airs, singing birds, calm & relaxing. Everything, the property was fantastic and Bruno an absolute a gent of a host. We arrived on a German bank holiday and had no food, Bruno gave us a bag of food supplies despite being low himself! Awesome.

The apartment was very well appointed, very updated. The apartment was set up on the hill and had large glass window/doors to deck that had wonderful views. Great place to hang out in the summer months. The host was very nice and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. Lives on site incase we had any questions. The WIFI worked great allowed us to watch some of our own shows and do some trip planning on our devices easily. The location was great for walking into the old town or taking a day hike on the many trails around. Would definitely stay here again!!

“Nice stay”

Accomodation was comfy and modern. Communication with host was very good, there was even Alexa installed and we could ask question about the accomodation in English :-). We made a mistake in our booking in the amount of persons coming, but that was no problem. The view from the appartement is nice and the surroundings are good as well. We stayed 1 night on our way through Germany. It is a nice area to stop if you want to have a walk and dinner after sitting in the car the whole day. Parking is on a quiet street.

Everything was clean, quiet location, amazing flat.

The view, the tv painting, the airco, the bed was excellent, shower was good, wide enough, big terrace with bbq.

I arrived with high expectations from all the positive reviews, but boy, I was still super impressed by this accommodation. Communication with Bruno was very clear and timely; parking and getting in was hassle-free. We came in on a very hot day, and the A/C in the vacation home was a godsend. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the apartment as a whole is very tastefully furnished. We appreciated how kid-friendly the apartment was, as there were toys, books and dining utensils available for kids to use. Us parents were also very grateful for the welcome wine and Netflix on the TV. The town of Ochsenfurt is also very charming; it took us about 7-9 minutes to walk from the vacation house to across the bridge into the old town. All in all, our family had a very relaxing stay, and we wish we could have stayed longer!
