“Resort stay”
Close to everything, the pool, the fact that its right by the pool. Ground floor.. I have stayed here before. Miss Pauline is brilliant helpful Lady.

“Not enjoyable. Would not stay there again. Not good experience.”
My checking hours was 3pm . But I didn’t get into the property until 5pm. Shower was broken. . Chair had spring in it. Was very difficult to sit on. Room was very small.

“Just keep up the cleaning and fix the shower”
The chairs still had food on them the bathroom floor wash dirty when I wiped it with the tissue the kettle doesn't work one cup still had tea stains on it BUT the shower is blocked didn't not drain so had to shower in the water from the from my husband water I felt unclean I waited for the water to drain away took one hour for it to do that the location is the best also I booked in at 3 and had to wait until 4 to enter the room

Right on the beach, nice swimming pool, restaurant & bar. Near to other restaurants & the park. Pauline kept the room clean & was at the end of a phone if we needed her. Lovely white Spanish looking building.

Forcefully extorting funds from people. We are told to use the app to ensure security and safety, so I refused to give them my card details on a piece of paper outside of the booking.com app. They are now trying to extort 484.76 US from me after I left the hotel. 1 night stay: $124.76 US - Smoke cleaning charge: $300.00 US - 2 missing TV remotes: $40.00 US - 1 missing umbrella: $20.00 US Total charges: $484.76 US I checked in at 20:00 and checked out at 10:30. I do not smoke The false accusations of 2 missing TV remotes: $40.00 US 1 missing umbrella: $20.00 US. Total charges: $484.76 US

“Amazing”
It was close to the beach and pauling was very attractive her cleaning was spick and span very polite lady ask her any questions she could help you with directions and information at times internet never work if weather was raining hevy but overall worked perfect breakfast was great at restaurant
