“Unattentive Host”
The Sadcastle staff was exceptional. Had exvellent Customer Service. Thay went above and beyond to help resolve my issues.

Too far walk to beach...was better when you could go right threw when you exit hotel..then it got fenced in ... hence walking to far... seniors far walk..to other public space..we have wrist band blue good enough..lol..thx enjoy

“It was ok”
The location was good,the property was comfortable, but house Keeping could be better, I had told the owner it was for a honeymoon To have it prepared and it was not cleaned. So very disappointed 😞

“I love the resort and the staff are friendly. The place is convenient and central.”
I love that facility is very central to the town of Ocho Rios. It is just walking distance from everything. There is a swimming pool and you also have access to the beach nearby.

Wonderful view from apartment A29, but it’s pot luck which room you actually get. I complained after being given a ground floor room when I specifically requested a balcony, room with a view. This was given and I was then content.
