The property is beautiful and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay in Ocho Rios. 2 good sized ensuite bedrooms, very comfortable and beautifully presented. The WiFi worked perfectly and it was great for us to call home, etc. The balcony looking out onto the beautiful crystal clear sea was so peaceful. The gardens are beautiful, I spent most mornings and evenings in the gardens with my camera photographing local wildlife and some beautiful landscape images. Free access to Mahogany Beach was a massive plus. We went here everyday and for food and beer. The staff and locals made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed spending time there. A short walk into town for groceries, etc and the Catholic Church was a couple of minutes walk away. What a view from that church. We would recommend Konoko Falls & Park rather going to Dunns River Falls.

The property is towards the end of Main Street away from the bustle of the town, but right next to Mahogany Beach! Sea views from the terrace. It's lovely and well decorated, the Aircon in the bedrooms makes it easy to get a relaxing sleep. The whole apartment is a vibe. Archa is a great host, always on hand and big up Mr Seymour on security.

Archa was friendly and responded quickly to messages. The accommodation was modern and clean. The facility around the apartment was very nice, there are many seats outside overlooking the sea. Mahogany Beach is only a few meters away and at the end of the driveway there is a little convenience store.

The property was delightful. It was well set out, clean and very well situated in terms of its locality. My party appreciated the thoughtful little touches, such as toiletries and the helpful guide were much appreciated. The host gave excellent care throughout. Messages were answered promptly and the messages checking that we were comfortable and enjoying our staff were a nice touch. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.

The owners were very helpful and friendly. If we needed anythung they helped us.

“Serene and blissful”

The location is superb, right on the sea front, it’s amazing to wake up to the sound of the ocean lapping at the shore. The beach bar attached is great as well…the beer is cold, the food is delicious and the music gets you in the mood for dancing.

The location and place was great. We had some issues with the water which was a problem but it was fixed.

“Beautiful, comfortable condo for our first trip to Jamaica”

The owner was super helpful and communication was excellent from the time we booked until we checked out. The condo was the perfect location for our four nights in Ocho Rios. We didn't have a car but it was an easy walk into town and we had no problem getting picked up by Karandas tours for a couple of excursions. The condo was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was really nice having a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen along with cooking appliances and tools. Water pressure and the air conditioning in the bedrooms were great. Having access to Mahogany Beach was good and we enjoyed the food and music there but we also ended up snorkeling just off the steps across the lawn from the condo balcony and saw lots of cool fish. We loved the view of the sea from the living room and one of the bedrooms.

Condo was very very modern clean and nice and all three rooms had smart tvs so netflix etc. 2 on sweet bathrooms views from balcony outstanding.. you get access to private mahogany Beach which is 2min walk from apartment which has a lovely bar and restaurant and views and beach there is lovely.. host is lightening at responding and very very helpful.. security tight but polite..perfect if your doing a long time out there or like us a few days as we was staying with family for first half of holiday.. recommend highly 👌

Modern apartment with great equipment and facilities. Kitchen and living room idea with a lovely Seaview. Bedrooms and bathrooms excellent and well kept. Would happily stay again. Apartment gives access to lovely small beach. Host is very responsive.

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment, equipped with all the amenities to have a wonderful stay and a good location to explore Ocho Rios and surroundings. The views are beautiful and the direct access to Mahogany Beach was fantastic (a very nice little beach with an amazing vibe) Archa was a great host, very helpful and kind.

Great location to do activities, e.g. blue hole (20 minutes away), Bamboo Rafting (10 minutes away), Dunns River ( 15 minutes away), near the apartment in short waking (3 minutes) is Mahogany beach overs nice beach with authentic jamaican Bar.

“Modern, Clean and Comfortable”

As my title says, the apartment is modern very clean and makes for a comfortable stay. With security on site who patrol every hour (right through the night too) you are also reassured with regards to your safety. Access to the private beach where you can also purchase food and drinks means that you can stay on site if you don’t want to leave. Our host was super helpful prior to and during our stay, we were kept me informed with anything that may have impacted our stay and made to feel that we could make contact at anytime if necessary. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities for you to self cater as well as a washing machine and dryer. Internet access and three TV’s, means that you can also stay out of each others way if you are not all interested in watch the same thing. I had no issues with this property and would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.
