The receptionist refused to accept our passport as our ID and asked for a national ID which is not possible being a foreigner?? She had to call her manager to verify this and then only she accepted our passports.

“I was very pleased to discover this boutique and coastal hotel in Oceanside.”
There wasn’t a breakfast offered but I found the welcome, cleaning staff and spacious room with fully equipped kitchenette to be excellent in relation to its rate. The maintenance staff was very helpful too and the hotel is very clean and with security. I highly recommend it for an extended stay and so near the beach.

Completely spotless, super comfy beds, lovely woman behind the desk let us keep our suitcases behind the desk for almost 6 hours! Great stay!

Very clean I liked that they have like a mini market, so one day I didn't have to order or go to buy dinner. They have toiletries, whashing and cleaning supplies.

“Comfortable place to stay.”
Comfortable place. I only stayed one night prior to a triathlon. The room had a microwave and coffee machine so I could make breakfast bright and early.

“AFFORDABLE CLEAN COMFORABLE ROOMS”
OK, first when we signed in, it was kind of low key. We had to each produce our ID cards. We asked for a room close to the front and that was granted. As soon as you open the door to the room, you could smell cleanliness. Bleach aromas throughout the room, which I LOVE personally. The hotel is nothing special but you are getting a good location, free and easy parking and a very clean room. Ours came with a nice bar area with a coffee pot/ supplies. A large sink counter area, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was adequate with nice smelling bleach clean towels and toiletry's. The water pressure was great with no plumbing or draining issues and the hot water never went away. Everything looked pretty new actually. Now let's talk about the bed. As stated before, everything was very clean. There are three pillows on each bed and nicely made. For me personally, because I have chronic pains and fibromyalgia, a hard bed just doesn't work. And it's not really that hard, but for me it really was. For a normal person with no body problems, I'm sure it should work fine. The last issue was: NO BREAKFAST as advertised. That's right, NO BREAKFAST. My friend was very disappointed. I guess it's my bad for not reading the confirmation emails I received. They cannot be responsible for what third party companies advertise on their website. Yep, that's what we were told. The bottom line is: you have a very clean, quiet and convenient hotel with free parking at an affordable price. And that's the reason for the seven rating.
