“Wasn't worth the value”
The place was very old and smelled bad. It looked nothing like the pictures and did not have a kitchen like advertised. The floors were very uneven and the furniture was broken and the TV wouldn't turn on. Also, you had to walk across the street at their other motel to check in and something for the continental breakfast which wasn't anything special.

“Do NOT stay here.”
The room smelled like mold when we opened the door. If it hadn't been so late when we arrived, we would not have stayed. The room was filthy, and we did not even want to sleep in the bed. We did not use the blankets. The couch had a foul smell. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

“I would stay here again!”
I'm glad I found out before I arrived that we were to check in at a neighbor hotel. It certainly saved time. The rooms were very small but it sufficed for what we needed. We used the sofa bed and the kids said it was comfortable. They thought the sheets were damp but it was just the humidity from being on the coast. The sleeping areas and the bathroom was clean. I was particularly impressed by how up to date the bathroom was.
