What a trip!  We normally travel to Ocean Shores at least 4 to 5 times a year and every time we go we stay at the Days Inn.  It's not the most glorious hotel in Ocean Shores but it's a decent room for a decent price and they include breakfast, which for me is a saving since we don't have to go out for breakfast.   But honestly what makes this stay worth it is the staff.  We had the honor and privilege of meeting Keira this trip and she was amazing.  The first morning we met her she was running her butt off making sure that the breakfast was fully stocked at all times, but still made sure to acknowledge us when we walked in.  Keira did not hesitate with any requests that we had.  We were traveling with my 8-year-old child and she was absolutely amazing with them.  It definitely changes the experience when the staff acknowledges your child as an actual human being.  When we do normally stay there the staff is always been great and very helpful with any requests that we may have or issues we've had with the room but this trip there was something about Keira and her customer service that put this trip over the top for us.

Location was convenient and close to ocean.

Nothing in the room worked - lights, coffee machine, hair dryer. The place is really old and tired looking.

Room decent size. Bed comfortable. All amenities in room. Good breakfast. Indoor swimming pool.

Very clean room. Microwave available which is handy with making a small warm meal. On walking distance to the beach. Very friendly staff.

Room was late being ready. Was charged for the deposited. TwICe and was only refunded for one. The bathroom door would not close and the key cards did not work properly. Also the swimming pool was nasty and very dirty.

Clean, comfortable, safe and roomy. Reasonable price. Breakfast had fresh waffle. I wish I could have even boiled eggs though. Great value.

Good location, easy access. You can’t beat the price for a safe night’s stay. It’s a solid 2 star hotel, and that works for me to lay my head down and sleep.

There was garbage under the sink when we arrived, apparently they tried to fix the sink, as it was trash from the plunger thingy in the sink. However, the sink just filled with water, and drained VERY slowly.
