“2-3 star hotel fits basic needs”
Perfect location to Oceans Calling fest and appreciated early check in. It is what I expected (a beach motel) but room was very sandy. Staff was very friendly and asked us if we needed anything (no daily room service which I know is the norm now so no surprises)

“Great spot in a nasty place”
Perfect spot just above the boardwalk if you are looking to be right in the middle of the action. Very close to the playground park for kids.

“Location was amazing, room was huge and staff was excellent.”
Staff was friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Location to local activities, the beach, the boardwalk and local restaurants is phenomenal!!! Will definitely be returning!!

“The room was big w/ 2 king beds but we wish we booked an oceanfront room with private balcony”
The room that we paid for says it comes with a balcony but it's not a private balcony. It's just the walkway that leads to other hotel rooms. Please note that the beachfront hotel rooms all have private balconies. Poolside hotel rooms do not have private balconies.
