King Charles is in a great location, walking distance from the beach, boardwalk and plenty of restaurants. The private parking was very helpful as parking in the area is limited. The owners and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and even baked brownies and cookies for the visitors. The rooms were spotless, and the entire building was kept very clean. Would love to stay there again.

I had a great experience staying here. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and parking was super easy，a big plus in Ocean City. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean, and I was especially impressed with the strong water pressure in the shower. Best of all, they allowed me to leave my car after checkout, which was a huge help during the busy OC Air Show weekend

The staff were friendly and accommodating. What hotel these days put fresh baked cookies out for you! Excellent location to walk to the beach and near lots of entertainment. Room was barebones but spotless, beds were very comfy. Will be staying again.

“With the exception of the bed the overall stay was great”
Quiet hotel, staff was very nice, had fresh brownies one night.
