“Very bad”
They wake me up 7 am and make come to the lobby because they system was broke and they didn’t who was in the room ! The costumer service in the check in lobby was very unprofessional unresponsive un responsable , rude they treat us very bad !

The location was absolutely beautiful. There room attendant were AWESOME. Joananna she is remarkable. Front desk........ welcoming smiles with matching attitude. Very Professional Grand Hotel will be getting MY MONEY IN THE FUTURE.

“Great mini getaway for our family!”
The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The amenities of the restaurants on property were very nice and had a wide range of hours for being open to guests. Ocean Front room was a great view and the beds were very comfortable. Having an indoor and outdoor pool with the pool bar was great for families!

Great restaurants and games in the arcade. Very convenient. Clean and comfortable. We could still see the ocean with a "deck view" room.

The view was spectacular . The staff that we talked to were very nice. It was a last minute surprise for our 50th anniversary we made the best of it.
