The AC filter was very dirty. The room was very nice - the view from 3rd floor Bayside isn’t much. The Front Desk clerk at Check in was testy.

“Excellent dog friendly hotel in a great location.”
We were pleased with how quiet and cool the room was since the hotel is close to the beach and main road. The staff was friendly and professional. The happy hour was a bonus.

The room was very clean and we got upgraded to a beach view. Staff were very helpful and gave us drink tickets to their new rooftop restaurant. It was so beautiful and had an amazing view !
