“Great value, Great stay”
This was my 2nd time staying here. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach access is convenient and not too crowded in that area. Lots of great food and shopping in walking distance. AC works really well. The pool was well maintained.

GREAT LOCATION, SO CLOSE TO MANY RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING, BEACH AND BOARDWALK, THE HOTEL EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS AS FAR AS CLEANLINESS AND THE STAFF WAS PHENOMENAL, I HAVE BEEN GOING TO OCMD FOR YEARS AND MOST TIMES STAY IN BEACH BLOCK CONDOS, WHICH ARE VERY PRICY. I STUMBLED UPON DUNES COURT IN MY SEARCH AND FIGURED I WOULD GIVE IT A TRY AND I AM SO PLEASED THAT I DID, I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING AND TRADING IN MY PRICY CONDO FOR THIS CUTE, CLEAN, AFFORDABLE, CONVENIENT HOTEL.

I asked the cleaning staff for some clean towels. First they acted like they didn't know what I was a towel was then she doesn't think they have any. Then she proceeds to take dirty towels out of the laundry bin & handed them to me. This was disgusting. To think what is done that I don't see when right in front of you they plainly don't care. The drain in the shower was clogged had to insist on them putting some drain cleaner in it they insisted in was just a slow moving drain. Drained properly after the drano was used.
