The very friendly and personal interaction with the people in charge has remained a particularly positive memory for me; you can tell that you are in good hands here. They really do everything they can for you. You could also say: a very family-run motel. :)

“They do a great job delivering the basic services/facilities that they offer.”
This property is a 10+ for all that it offers: Clean rooms with everything in good condition. Very helpful staff. Good location(a short block off the beach). Free parking. If you want beachfront location, swimming pool, restaurant/bar on site, fancy spa, etc. you should look elsewhere. This is a basic property, but they "do basic" very well.

“Perfect hotel”
Everything was excellent. The best staff I've seen in any hotel. Bar and Breakfast was exceptional as well. Located perfectly with beach access.

What a great experience. The owners were fantastic and extremely accommodating during our stay. The rooms were extremely clean and the location was ideal. We were able to experience various rooms and they each met and exceeded my expectations. This truck is a hidden gem in Ocean City
