Appartementhaus Bergland is 500 metres form the centre of Obsteig, and 900 metres from the Grünberg Ski Area. E-bicycles are available on site free of charge. The ski bus stops within 150 metres. Within 50 metres from the Appartementhaus, you can visit Hotel Bergland, which houses a wellness area, accessible free of charge. Breakfast and dinner can also be served there. All apartments come with a terrace or balcony, a kitchen or kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower or bath. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered to your apartment every morning.

“Great for winter or summer holiday!!!!”
Super hotel! We had an appartment. You have everything what You need, clean, comfortable, very warm! Breakfast very tasty, different things, vegetables, even cakes. Fantasitc dinner (You choose one meal from 3 - one is always vege), salad, starter, soup, main dish and dessert. Ski room for skiers! Very nice swiming pool and sauna. Great hosts! Helpful and very nice! Parking without any problems. You get a holiday card for Your stay with different discounts and excursions. If You are a skier there is a good road to Hochoetz or even Soelden. If You don't ski You can just walk (for example with snowshoe) - beatiful place! Important fact: black road even after snowfalling:)

The owner is a very nice host. The apartment offers a wonderful view of the snow-capped mountains. The apartments are very, very clean. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker and necessary kitchen appliances. Good internet.
