“Big, clean, Convinient location.”

Insulated. Big room. Location - locally: near supermarket; globally - in the middle between Italy and Germany :). Free parking on a flat private area. I also like that it has a microwave to warmed up milk or leftover that you carry with you from the last restaurant you visited.

After a long journey, a very comfortable bed and a clean, cozy room awaited us. And in the morning, a beautiful sunrise awaited us. If possible, we will definitely return.

“Dirty everywhere, dog smell in the room, stuffy room with no ventilation and mosquito nets”

The positive - nice location, small mountain village, beauty around. The negative!! Where do I start? First: The place was incredibly dirty. We arrived late and there was nowhere to go, in other case we would have left immediately. As soon as we opened the entrance, the floor and stair were very dirty, fool of crumbs. Then we entered the room, the floor looked like it has not been cleaned for months, full of crumbs and dirt everywhere. The bed sheets had at least 10 human hair on them. The bathroom sink had small particles on it (supposedly someone’s food after brushing teeth). Towels had some inexplicable dirt on them. When we called the host, well the lady perhaps is not bad, but seemed lost, when we showed her the dirt she just kept saying “whet happened, I do not know what happened, it is clean, look it is clean”, even though she herself saw thet it is not, or maybe it is normal for her. Second, the room had a very strong smell, I suppose dog smell, because this hotel is very dog friendly as some reviews state. No ventilation in the room. Third, as there is no ventilation and air conditioner you have to keep windows open and there are no mosquito nets, which means that we were eaten by them at night. And last, the bathroom is not a private bathroom as it is stated in the booking, but private external bathroom, which means that to enter it you go through corridor, where you can meet other people.

Big spacious bedroom. Everything as it should be. We came late at night and the host was waiting for us. We left early in the morning and had no problems at all.

“A fresh "pearl" in Tyrolean Alps”

Alpenperle is an almost "brand new" guest house slightly off the major traffics/routes. We were met by a very friendly host who told us all we needed and guided us to nearby place for a fantastic local dinner. There is also a grocery store nearby. Room was of a decent size and we had enough space for three of us. There is a fridge, coffee machine, kettle. Location is quiet, easily accessed by car.

A lot of wood is used in a modern style creating a cosy environment. You can go on hikes directly from the property

Really liked the place and view, we felt very welcomed by the host. Would like to visit the place once more. Also had nice quiet evening in the swings on the trail next to the location.

New build very modern bedroom/bathroom with excellent hi-tech fixtures and fittings, excellent location, very peaceful location in the Austrian Alps.

Everything! Very homely, cosy and comfortable. Great size of appartment. Great shower and beds. Friendly and kind host :) Lovely little garden for our dog. All amenities we needed!

The apartment is quite new and it is located in a very nice location. We received an upgraded room for free and this allowed our family to enjoy the one night staying. We believe that it would be nice to stay a little bit longer and to enjoy the nearby hiking trails, especially in the sunny season. The host can communicate without any problem in English.
