The home itself was absolutely stunning — full of charm, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. Every detail had been considered, creating a space that felt both luxurious and inviting. It was clear that a lot of love and care had gone into making it a perfect retreat. The village was equally enchanting. We were warmly welcomed by the locals and felt an immediate sense of community. “A super peaceful and relaxing holiday with fabulous views and lovely heated pool.”

Well equipped and comfortable house, in a fabulous and peaceful location. Views were amazing, pool was warm and a good size. Outdoor eating and cooking/bbq facilities were brilliant especially when the weather wasn’t great. Owners couldn’t have been more helpful.

The house is located in an amazing area with a stunning view. We didn't have nice weather but the hosts heated the pool up for us so we could enjoy it every day despite of the cold. The house itself was super clean and we'll equipped, so many creative little things made our stay cosy. The fireplace was also a highlight! The garden is spacious, many seating areas and comfy sunbeds. Highly recommended!

House is amazing, heated pool is the best. Drinking morning coffee while birds are singing is so relaxing and you can even see cows near the house. We enjoyed ourselves very much, we are defenitly comming back next year. Branko and his wife were great hosts and we felt like in our home. They even preparied a welcoming plate and drinks for us all. If you choose this house you will have a dream hollyday.

If anyone is looking for a place to get away from the world and spend some quality time with the family - this is the place. The house itself exceeded all our expectations - you have everything and more to be happy with your time. Fully functional kitchen (big refrigerator, oven, toaster, dishwasher and tables to it!), washing machine. I don't need to mention that beds, couch, air-conditioning etc. Everything working and everything available. The garden and the swimming pool - magnificent. Lot of place, every member of your family can find a quite place and rest. Swimming pool big enough to have fun and very clean. If you are in luck you can have some of the apples or tomatoes that grow there :) One of the best places we have been to!

“A piiece of heaven on Earth.”

Beautiful house in lovely location. Ideal for bird watchers, nature lovers, artists, writers, families. We had home grown vegetables given to us, food and wine left, free use of bikes, excellent local information, absolute heaven We had a fun night in the grill room, it was like going out for a private dining experience.. We visited lots,of wee towns and villages for coffees and treats, swimming in the river and lake.

Great property with amazing views! Really well equipped, spotlessly clean with everything you could need for a great holiday.Easy and quick communication with Branko with good information on places to visit.

We loved the Stay from Branko & Jasminka. Both were very helpful and gave us loads of hints, what beach is best and where you can get the best food. Our dog loved it at least as much as we did. Location itself is even more breathtaking and calm as visible on the pictures! All in all a straight 10! We'll come again for sure.

“Simply amazing! Nieziemska Villa!”

Simply amazing! Villa is located in lovely area with some beautiful views at mountains. We were welcomed by very friendly neighbours with plate of meat and they where always there if we needed them in anything . Amazing hospitality, we didn't expect so much of it. The whole property including big stone stove outside and ofcourse the pool was only for us. We where traveling with small dog and he also loved the place. A lot of space in house and on backyard for atleast 6-8 people. I would recommend traveling there anytime! It's just exceeded our expectations. Such a shame that we didn't met owners of the place, because they are living near Zagreb but the friends of owners made up for their absence really fantastic.
