Staff was very sharp and realised that I had left my laptop and iPad behind in the hotel room. We were in Sapporo by then and could not head back to retrieve it. They specially arranged a courier to us. I am so thankful that the items reached us safely as all my work and personal files were on those devices. Thank you so much to all the staff for their impeccable service. Would definitely stay here again.

“Nice place, great Breakfast, convenient. No onsen here and expensive parking.”
The 2 different occassions I've stayed here in 2025, all staff are curteous from Front Desk, to the security guard, to kitchen staff. The laundry facilities are clean and were always vacant. It was convenient having underground parking however limited spaces (more busy over Fridays and Saturdays due to international travellers). Rooms were clean, love that you can open the windows to allow fresh winter breeze through. The toilets have bathtubs to enjoy, and a bidet. Front desk reception also provide amenities (face cleanser, lotion etc).

“Hotel Nikko Northland Obihiro My Hotel Choice”
They provided 2 pillows, a hard & a soft, which was good. After our 2nd night we preferred and requested two soft ones instead and they acceded to our request. The room is reasonably spacious for two persons and front reception customer service staff spoke good english. The hotel is just next to the station which made it extremely convenient.

“Very comfortable and well run hotel”
Very comfortable and clean. It was great to be able to have a reasonably priced dinner here - especially after a long drive. Staff are really warm, helpful and welcoming.
