The check in hours are limited and it was difficult to reach anyone. I arrived at the time I had indicated when I booked the room. There was no one there. I did not receive any instructions from them. I tried ringing there bell numerous times. Silence. Eventually someone who lived in the building let me in. In their lobby I found a number to contact someone. I was eventually given instructions so I could leave my bags. When I returned later in the evening my bags had been transferred to my room. Because I had picked up my key from a key box I assumed that I should leave it there at the next day when I went visiting with friends. I was wrong. They need to be clear as to their rules. The location is not in the city of Oberursel and there is no convenient way to to get to the city.
