-Lovely house, very close to facilities -Clean and spacious apartment with balconies! Big bedroom and big kitchen. -child friendly with play area and lots to do around -well equipped kitchen with anything we needed and thankfully even a dishwasher! -loved our stay here

The location - surrounded by mountains and farms, but at the same time well connected to Innsbruck and the highway. Option to buy local food straight from the owner. The supermarket is 5 minutes walk away.

Beautiful location. The house was spacious and clean. The hosts were friendly, very helpful and breakfast was excellent. It was a great base for exploring Innsbruck and beyond. There were easy and well marked hiking trails from the house, a bus stop right outside and it will be very convenient for the ski lift in winter.

The location is close to the ski areas and the views are amazing. The breakfast is not up to standard.

Amazing place where to stay! The owner is a lovely lady who recommends you interesting places around and you really feel like being home. We had incredible view from our windows and I loved farm animals living around. I definitely recommend this place!

An amazing place for couples and families. A short walk to supermarket and 1klm walk to hotel with its excellent pizzas. This property has everything and it also beautifully decorated. One of the best self contained we have experience around the world.

“Country retreat close to Innsbruck”

Location with fantastic views of mountains and pastures. We stayed in Hayflower room with balconies all round. Hosts were extremely friendly and invited us to the farm and to see the animals. New, well equipped apartment. Clean, safe & secure area. Regular buses stop right outside the property, with 30 mins ride to Innsbruck Hbf.

Great hospitality, views, and looking at location

“Very enjoyable stay for the family on the farm-like house with many activities around.”

We loved the availability of local's food, e.g. eggs, milk, honey from the owners farm near by - that was just awesome. We got 2L of fresh milk and 10 eggs every day. So we prepared the breakfast ourselves with those fresh products. Our kids enjoyed the pony ride at the evening and were able to collect eggs themselves - it was real fun. Also there was a table tennis and some other sports equipment available at the place to play with kids and the family, there are things to play with for smaller ones as well. The view is just gorgeous - mountains all around.

Very well equipped apartment. provision of welcome cards enabled us to use the local buses free and trips into Innsbruck, just half an hour away. we enjoyed chatting to the owners and their family, all very nice caring people with some lovely animals on the farm.

Perfect place to stay with family. Beautiful views and spacious rooms. Fully equiped kitchen. Kids loved garden area and cute rabbits :) We were lucky to have a nice walk with horses.

Good heating, hot showers, clean and quiet. Able to see the cows grazing on the field right outside the window. Very friendly and helpful host.

Great location with great view. Very nice hosts that have a farm when kids can pet cows/goats/rabbits. Good farm products as well (Jam, Marmelade, sirup, eggs, milk, yogurt etc).

“Special farm”

The apartment is fantastic and well equipped. The view over the Oberperfuss countryside is fabulous and the peace of the place is priceless. I recommend the breakfast, very good and with all products made by them You can visit the farm and see their animals, even milk the cows😍
