“Cosy, cost effective and convenient 👍”
Small and cosy. Has everything you need and very close to the lifts, Spar and Restaurants. Ski lock up at the end of the building and underground car park right outside. Nice big windows off the lounge with a good view. If you are looking for a cheaper option to the big hotels which doesn’t have a pool, then this place is perfect.

Great location, few meters away from the gondolas... Parking in the garage, ski storage on the way to gondolas so you can walk in slippers from the room to storage... Restaurant, store, ski rent... Everything within one minute walk.... Great

“Best view in Obergurgl”
Fantastic location, the view was spectacular. Comfortable bed, kitchen and shower. They were super gentle and upgraded us with bigger accommodation for free. Now in Obergurgl I will stay only here, as it is the best.

“Excellent apartment”
We were with three people. Very spacious apartment (two floors, two bedrooms) with three people. Interior contains all equipment needed. Very clean with fantastic view over the mountains (a highlight of this appartment). Centrally located but easy to access due to own parking space for the car. In one word perfect for our long weekend stay in summer.

We did not have a breakfest in the Ferienwhohnung, but we used the delivery of fresh bread rolls to the appartment doors each morning. This was perfect and comfortable.
