“A dream property to stay!”

Absolutely loved this property. As soon as we opened the door, the space is well designed and has a very calm feel. Close walking distance to everything and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The cafe attached to the rooms is very cool and has a delicious menu. We loved our time here and would book again. Highly recommend it.

Very cool decor, staff were lovely and friendly. Loved the courtyard/ cafe which felt like your own private oasis past 4:30pm once the cafe was closed. Rooms were clean and very spacious too! Coffee and breakfast included a was wonderful 😊

Very individual stay at the Jr-Kiyo Estudios. It’s actually a cafe with two guest rooms facing in the wonderful courtyard. I loved the style. Super comfortable bed and great breakfast.

Jr-Kiyo Estudios was incredible in so many ways. The house's design is truly elegant and cozy. Our room was peaceful and we loved the experience of having the best coffee shop on the patio. Is a very inspiring project that combines art, design, coffee, and delicious food. The staff were amazing with us, thanks Tania! Everyone was incredibly helpful, giving us recommendations about the city and helping us with everything during our trip. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it for an unforgettable experience in Oaxaca.

“Sweet short comfortable stay in Oaxaca”

While booking this you have to make sure you understand it is NOT a hotel. It is like an bnb but with someone cleaning it every morning. (Not a BNB since the cafe connected is not open off season.) That being said, Kiyo Studios was a cute studio in a very nice area. Very well connected to all the places around. We had quite a late check in, still someone was there to let us in. They are very communicative over text and will assist you with everything you need. Theres a kettle, coffee machine, fresh drinking water in the courtyard. The area it’s located in is definitely one of the biggest perks. It’s very clean and the design of the space it self is amazing. The high ceilings are quite impressive.

Such an unique experience. Perfectly preserved historical building combined with every modern commodity that you could ask for. Lovely patio where the breakfast is served. If you don’t have the possibility to stay at this hotel at least visit the cafe. It’s an inspiring atmosphere.

The decor was beautiful and we loved the peaceful inner courtyard. The Jr-Kiyo team were exceptional with their warm hospitals helpfulness.

“Beautifully designed space in the perfect location”

A beautifully designed space in centro Oaxaca, this was our little oasis that we were happy to return to after a day of sightseeing. The space was roomy, the bed was generous, and the bathroom was beautiful. There were small touches, like the wall-mounted CD player, and the little courtyard outside of the room was also very serene and peaceful. The location was also unbeatable, as well as the staff that were super friendly and helpful.

Staff were super responsive - sorted out a showerhead issue promptly. They tried to make some accomodation for us not being able to have breakfast because of early day trips.Breakfast when we're able to have it was absolutely delicious and a great modern take on traditional flavours. Also yummy drinks! Comfortable bed and pillows and a large room. Some reviews complained about the platform bed but we liked it.
