“Casa Margarita 30 minutes walk to Zocala”
Walking 30 minutes Zocala and 5 minutes to several cafe & restaurants and Oxo store, mini grocery stores and 7 minutes walk to laundry for 75 pesos. Goes by weight. Soaps, shampoo, bottled water, coffee & powdered milk plus tea. Coffee maker, microwave, kettle & utensils,gasses and cups available. TV fine with UTube & Netflix & others. Enjoyed my stay but a few insects, occasional flys & tiny salamanders around. Air conditioning worked fine.

“Comfy clean apartment”
So comfortable and clean hot water Tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge in a small shared area was perfect A 10 min walk to restaurants etc Really nice area very quiet but not far from main spot Staff lovely and helpful

“Very pretty little sanctuary in Xochimilco!”
I loved my stay at Casa Margarita. The way they've decorated the room is really cute and felt/smelled fresh and clean. It was the perfect amount of space. Fan worked well. Xochimilco is a pretty and quiet neighbourhood. Nice, clean, modern bathroom with hot water. It is outside of the room but that was fine for me. Excellent value for money and kind, responsive staff.

Comfy bed and good air conditioner. Host got the room cleaned on request after a lot of communication during my 3 day staff for free as an exception. However it could be included for the price probably.

Attention: check-in is only before 9pm. We arrived at night because our bus arrived late so we paid additional 280 pesos. I agree with this because the description says about check-in hours. The apartment is clean and beautiful, everything was fine. It's close to the city centre and the market.

Lovely hosts, very clean place, great neighborhood with nice restaurant options, very close to the historical centre on foot Very pet friendly I forgot a pendant in the bathroom and the manager of the place was nice enough to ship it to our next address 🥰
