“Easy, clean, friendly, central”
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities and room were very clean and well presented and it was great to have a kitchenette and a TV with cable channels. The location was also very handy to all the central attractions.

“Great Oaxaca Value”
Having an apartment w kitchen was very usefu to cook our breakfasts. Roof patio lovely. Very clean, great location, friendly staff. Excellent value.

Great location, 5 minutes from the center but isolated and more quiet. Room is huge, with kitchen hallway for sitting down, bathroom and big bedroom. The stuff are super nice and helpful, but please be aware they speak only Spanish if it is an issue for you.

“Friendly stay in good location”
The staff were lovely, the room was big and quiet. There was a fridge in the room (which I’ve come to realise after multiple stays in Mexico is not always the norm) and the building was secure. It’s a great location as it’s 2 blocks from the Main Street so very close and a safe walk (solo female traveller) and in between to oxxos but far enough so you don’t have so much foot fall and traffic noise. The rooftop is a nice place to chill in the sun or shade.

“Very good place, value,location, view.”
The terrace with its wonderful view and comfortable seating. The front desk personnel we helpful and responsive. The location close to the Zocalo, 20 Novembre Market walking distance to Centro. Lots of purified water available for free.

“Great location and terrace”
The shaered roof terrace was amazing - had it to ourselves a lot. Comfortable chairs and loungers. Great location, friendly helpful staff who sorted laundry for us. Soriamo supermarket nearby for provisions. Many others in town. 3 blocks from the zocola. Walk up to amphitheatre, cathedral 10 mins walk

“Comfortable night's sleep”
The location is great, not too far from the central Zocalo, the town square, and easily accessible. The accomodation was large, a little dark (but that's due to the architecture in Oaxaca in general). The bed was comfy. I tend to base my reviews mostly on how well I slept, and I slept well here. The staff were friendly and there was filtered water available from tanks in the corridor, which was great.

“Easy and great location”
Beautiful colourful accomodation with a great rooftop area to hang out. Great rooms with kitchen facilities and a fridge if you want to cook for yourself. Close to delicious restaurants and the historic centre. Netflix option on the tv. Staff were very helpful

“Very good”
Location - the location was only a 10 minute walk to the Zocalo. Hotel - the hotel had a very joyful atmosphere, it was beautifully decorated. There were water stations to refill your bottle. The outdoor terrace was a bonus, you must go up there, the views are great ! Be aware there is no elevator but if you struggle with luggage there are ground floor suites available. Suite - the suite was very large including a kitchen/dining area, large bedroom and large bathroom with shower. There were amenities provided including mosquito nets, a ceiling fan above the bed but also an extra fan, ironing board, no iron but reception staff were happy to give you one. Fridge, basic cutlery, stove and microwave. Soap, towels and toilet paper. The room was cleaned everyday day. Parking - there is secure parking on the same side of the road as the hotel and only 2 minutes walking distance. If the doors are closed when you need your car the hotel reception staff are happy to open the doors. Staff - the reception staff were very friendly and always willing to help and make your stay enjoyable.
