I have been visiting and staying at this hotel over the past seven years. It is the reason I returned to Oaxaca and I live here now. I love the pool and the families who clearly enjoy their time here. The staff are exceptional! Kind and considerate all. Thank you!

- Excellent location, walking distance to Chedraui and Oxxo, 8 minute taxi to centro - The restaurant so you could relax and eat drink by the pool. - Aesthetically stunning and well-maintained- flowers and grass made you feel like you were in an actual hacienda. - Hot shower with good water pressure - Quiet at night - The staff were accommodating; sent someone over with a hairdryer and iron when requested

“Ok for a few days”
The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cleaned every day. The pool area was nice and the pool was a decent size, with a separate kids one. There’s a nice restaurant onsite. There’s a big supermarket next to the hotel which is very handy.

“Honesty…?”
They hava charged us for double reservation. I had canselled one of them. They didnt mention about this to us when we arrived to the hotel. We are not getting money back and booking.com isnt helpful either. I would never stay here again

“Disappointing hotel. Traffic noise is unbearable from some rooms. Ear plugs essential.”
Swimming pool was a nice area to relax when it was too hot. Staff were accommodating in changing our room when possible to do so. There was a nice breakfast cafe within 10 mins walk os the hotel.

“Nice place to stay in if you're only there for a couple of nights”
We selected Hotel Hacienda because it had a pool and it didn't seem to be too far from the old town. We were very happy to see that the pool was very clean and it only took about 20 minutes to walk to the city centre.
