The location is fantastic - close to everything

Lovely hotel with great slkable access to eveywhere in old town. Complementary breakfast was a n8xe addition. Junior suite with balcony doors to street were picturesque although road noise at night. Interior rooms are smaller & very quiet. Beds are double, & firm.

Overall a very good overnight experience. The Location was great to explore the historic city center. Hotel/room was "simple" but clean and totally ok for one night. Our room was facing the street, but it wasn't noisy at all. We had a good sleep. Breakfast was included in the room rate and exceeded our expectation (based on some other reviewers experience).

Hotel: The hotel is perfect, featuring typical architecture. Room: Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom was fantastic and everything was very cozy. Service: I want to highlight the cleaning lady, who was very warm and always kept the room neat. Also, a big thank you to the lady who served us breakfast. Excellent service. Location: Perfect location! In the center. Breakfast: Good breakfast, you have different options for different tastes. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location, fabulous restaurants nearby, nice walking area in the old district. Rooms were large and clean, nice bathrooms, quiet .

Great location close to the zocalo, lots of restaurants and near a few tour pick up spots. Had a water refill station available at all times which was handy. Bed was comfy and facilities clean. Staff able to hold our luggage for us before check in was ready. Shower temp/pressure was OK, but could've been a bit better.

The room wasn’t comfortable enough, very hot, the bed and pillows were bad. Tried to used the bar/rest one day at night, to eat something since we had spend all day out and we were very tired and at 8pm no one was there to serve. In general the hotel employees were very welcoming and nice. Thank you

“A beautiful small hotel in the historic district”

This was a great place to stay for visting Oaxaca. We were within a short walk of the central square, with many restaurant alternatives available. It has a really nice place to sit on the roof. The rooms were large, well-appointed, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. All the staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. There is really nothing but positive to say about our experience there, and, if we were to return to Oaxaca, we would re-book there without hesitation.

There was a total demolition taking place directly outside my hotel room window which began at 10pm and continued throughout the night. When I called the desk to complain they said it wasn't their fault and couldn't do anything about it.When I showed management the videos I took all night of the construction they were unwilling to refund me any of the money I'd paid and said I should've been offered a different room but that was not offered to me.

Lovely hotel in Oaxaca - great location and good quality room with a good shower and really nice soap/shampoo amenities. Slept well and staff helped with getting a taxi to the airport. Only thing was we forgot to try the breakfast included!

breakfast? the tamale was delicious, the coffee seemed like cheap Nescafe, the pastries very dry, not great. We went elsewhere for breakfast the other days.
