clean apartment on the edge of the historic center of oaxaca. very good communication with the owner. privacy.

Huge bed, hot water, decent kitchenette. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Felt safe.

“A nice place to stay in Oaxaca”

The rooms are in a quiet secure complex. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we were glad to have a kitchen so we could self cater. Rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaner always left us a nice note. Staff were friendly and responsive.

“Good concept but noisy and non functioning shower”

The layout and concept of the room is a good idea with a small kitchen attached where you can cook and make your own food. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils for basic cooking.

Not much. It's 25 minutes walking distance to the zocalo. Okay during the day. Somehow unsafe and scary to return at night.

Firstly the host was amazingly helpful and excellent at communicating.. Really went out of her way to help with transportation from the airport and then to the bus station on our departure The property is about a 20-minute walk from the town centre. The walk always felt safe. The apartment provided everything you needed, it's suited if you just need the space to sleep and maybe make a quick meal. Cleanliness was fantastic

I liked the location and it was value for money. They cleaned everyday and provided water. When I had an issue they fixed it straight away.

Value for money and especially the helpfulness from staff. He went out of his way to help order taxis for us and was patient with us as we do not speak Spanish.

A really nice place with absolutely excellent service, clean rooms, and parking with a great location within easy walking distance of the Zocalo and popular restaurants, while also next to a major city artery to make it easy to get around. The staff made everything easy, with good recommendations for places to eat and how to get about, and all issues (aside from the shower) fixed promptly and with gusto.

A great stay, highly recommend booking if you’re looking for something close to the centre but more in budget than other places that are right in the centre. The staff and host were all very lovely and helpful. Paco greeted us kindly and was attentive to any questions I had over WhatsApp. There was daily house cleaning which was a great surprise. Super safe area. Clean space, comfy bed and equipped kitchen.

The apartment was very comfortable and functional. This was one of our favourite places to stay during our 6 weeks trip. The kitchen has all you need to cook simple meals. The location is good, short walk to small shops and big supermarket as well as good connection to local buses. Nice bed, good shower, very friendly host.

“Best one in Oaxaca”

10*+ accommodation, comfortable, cleaned every day(wow), everyday fresh drinking water. We didn't expected such hospitality. There's everything you need, iron, dryer, TV, kitchen unit with oil, sugar etc. 18min walk to the centre, very pleasant walk through street art, decorations, colourful streets. Coffee shops all the way opened from 7am! On the other side of motorway is suburbs of Oaxaca and we went there late evening, got to street food place and at first we were a bit worried bacuse all eyes were on us, don't think they ever had tourist eating there. We were absolutely gobsmacked with kindness and attentive service we received. They were very happy and asked us to recommend them to other tourists which we will. Food was delicious, extremely cheap and a lot! We extended our stay in this lovely accommodation so total we stayed 6 nights. Highly recommended!

My only negative was the noise. Guests! Because the construction is concrete, you hear people talking (sound bounces off walls). Mostly people talking loudly. After 10pm was 90% good. After 11pm, 100%. Found closing the sliding windows muffled the sound. Very good cleaning staff. VERY convenient (easy walking distance) to two excellent, large, grocery stores, bus, etc. Would not hesitate to stay again. The owner was exceptional. Very helpful.
