“Traditional Japanese style hotel that offers all good things.”
We really had a good time at this hotel. We made a shuttle bus request with a short notice but hotel arranged a pick-up for us. Our room was clean and well prepared with a beautiful view. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff members were all friendly and supportive.

“Relaxing onsen ryokan”
The room was super spacious with a great view on the water. The onsen (hot bath) provided all amenities and was quite spacious. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices from Japanese breakfast style to more European with bread and yoghurt. The staff was friendly and accommodating food restrictions when informing in advance. It's a very relaxing place to stay for a few nights.

“The hotel has a quiet luxurious quality to it. Conveniently stay if you are hoping on the ferry to Hokkaido!”
Great view of the harbour from our room! Rooms are clean and comfortable, and service is friendly and fantastic. The included dinner and breakfast was amazing and exceptional! Onsen facilities were lovely! Our family really enjoyed our stay!

“Nice hotel with lots of nice restaurants surrounded”
The location is good for us to watch the Oarai Hanabi. Just 10 mins drive to Sun Beach. Ons3n at hotel open to 0000 everyday. So we can enjoy even after hanging out late.

Its a traditional onsen hotel that is adequate. If you are expecting the newest digital amenities then this hotel is not for you. The whole idea is to enjoy the facilities and go around Oarai. It is close to Oarai Aquarium and easy to get to if you drive.

“Wonderful Stay in Oarai~”
The hotel is situated slightly off the main road, but this means that the place itself is very peaceful and serene. Apart from that, the hotel does try it best to stay ahead of changes, such as providing EV charging within its carpark. The room that we chose was quite huge and have a nice view of Naka River. Quite stunning indeed. The staff were very nice and helpful, even going through the extra mile to communicate using translator device to assist us in the check-in. The carpark spaces are ample so no worries about parking there.
