This is a lovely vintage house and I really enjoyed my time here. My room was very clean with a private bathroom, and the view from the window was beautiful. The house has such a unique vibe, the kind that only an old place with stories can have. Breakfast was plentiful, and the lounge room was cozy. A big thank you to Shanti for the warm hosting. She shared great local suggestions, food spots and where to see penguins. It really made the stay even more special. Would happily stay again. Strongly recommend!

“An Oamaru Gem”
A beautifully presented accommodation with a friendly host made for a very relaxing stay. The Vicarage is positioned close to the town centre on a quiet road. There is plenty of parking. We loved the stylish, calm decor, with lots of thoughtful touches like fresh flowers making this definitely a boutique stay. We felt spoilt with the beautifully presented breakfast, and kind gift of biscuits for our ongoing journey. A highlight was sitting in the round parlor window looking down to the ocean. We will definitely return to this wee gem.

Beautiful bed and breakfast accomodation. I had the most wonderful stay at the Vicarage oamaru. My room was luxurious and full of special touches. Delious breakfast- my favorite was the fruit platter. Loved the selection of teas, shortbread and chocolate fish! Thank you Shanti for making my stay so special. Ill be back!
