The apartment was very lovely, the fireplace made it nice and cosy. The bed was nice and comfortable, and there was plenty of storage for our belongings. We enjoyed having a view of the lovely courtyard garden. Jay sent us all the relevant information prior to check-in, which made it very easy. The apartment is in a lovely part of town, an easy walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and the coast. We loved Oamaru and really enjoyed our stay at Heritage Hideaway and would definitely stay there again.

Heritage Hideaway is full of charm and character; great location in the old historic area, clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen and cosy lounge with wonderful fireplace (wood, pinecones and matches on hand). Plenty of other heating also and the electric blanket was lovely on a cold night. Super quaint and charming.
