The room heating didn't work. 3 days I was asking for maintenance, but nobody came to fix it, they just brought a little heater not to get cold. On check out day I was calling reception to ask for cart for my luggage, but nobody picked up the phone and I had to carry everything down by myself, with 2 kids with me.

I liked everything except the location was in Oakland. I was not aware of this city situation as most of restaurants were closed in the night.

“Not keeping up with the Marriott brand. Corner cutting at every step lowered user experience.”
Wifi was good and the interior cleanliness was good. Key cards seemed more reliable than at other hotels. The amenities provided for the kitchen were good.

The staff are amazing and the studio was new,clean and very comfortable. Worked from there for the week, internet reliable and comfortable chair and desk.
